Ross Local Schools Welcomes Two New Administrators
Ross Local School District is pleased to announce the Board of Education’s approval of two new administrators who will join our team for the upcoming school year.
These appointments are part of a thoughtful transition plan aligned with upcoming retirements and internal leadership shifts. The Morgan Elementary Principal position is open due to Mr. Perry’s retirement, and the Ross Middle School Assistant Principal role follows RMS Principal Mr. Saylor’s retirement and Mr. Rettinger’s transition to RMS Principal. Additionally, with Mrs. Bolin’s upcoming retirement, the district will be reducing one administrative position by eliminating the Ross Intermediate School Principal role as part of this transition.
Mrs. Gina Sansone has been named Principal of Morgan Elementary. Mrs. Sansone joins us from Reading Elementary School, where she served as principal, and previously held administrative roles at Northwest Local School District. She began her career at NWLSD as a kindergarten and second grade teacher (2005–2017) and holds a Master of Education in Reading with a Reading Endorsement, as well as her administrative licensure from Xavier University.

Please join us in welcoming Mrs. Sansone and Mrs. Cooper to the Ross Local Schools community!
