RIS PTO would like to officially welcome you to the 2023-2024 school year! We are excited to see our 5th grade families as well as to meet our new 4th grade families! We have been working hard this summer to bring some fun and rewarding events to RIS.
You will find this email to be packed with helpful information. Please take time to go through everything. We want to make sure everyone stays up to date with RIS PTO happenings.

Urban Air Night July 19th 4-8pm Fairfield Location
Come meet new friends at Urban Air for a fun way to get excited for getting ready to go back to school!
20% of all admissions proceeds donated back to school from those who purchase a Spirit Night pass for the event. $20 Ultimate/ $16 Deluxe pass. Cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts or promotions.
Community Support Efforts:
The Ross Intermediate School PTO Board would like to ask you to consider supporting our students this school year, 2023-2024, by reviewing the below opportunities we have created for the CHOOSE YOUR OWN SUPPORT Drive! No matter the way you choose to support our students, we promise you 100% of your donation will go back to the PTO for hosting extracurricular activities to support positive student interactions, supporting school programs, increasing school spirit, and providing support for supplemental services, equipment and supplies. Sneaker Drive
RIS PTO is running a Sneaker Drive until August 11th! We are looking for used sneakers in all sizes and types that the entire family would wear. Please no boots, sandals, heels, etc. Must be sneakers only. A bin is located in the entrance of RIS. We are also looking into placing bins at Ross Country Day and Young Leaders for your sneaker donations.
RIS PTO Facebook Update:
In an effort to better support our families and provide consistency within the RIS PTO Board moving
forward, we have made the decision to start a new Facebook Group that will be managed through a specific RIS PTO Board account with additional admin support from current RIS Board members. We are asking all members of the current Ross Intermediate PTO group to request to join the new group (Ross Intermediate School PTO) at this link:

After the first week of school we will no longer be maintaining both groups, and will only be posting in the new group (Ross Intermediate School PTO). Thank you for your understanding and patience while we make this big move over the next couple weeks.
