Bowling Green State University
The Falcon Learning Your Way (FLY) Program

Developed to assist students in the transition from high school to college by providing
individualized support every step of the way. The FLY Program is specifically designed
to assist students with learning differences by providing them a supportive and
structured academic environment to succeed at BGSU. We provide the cognitive and
emotional support. We know no two people learn the same way, and we are here to help design a
Falcon Learning Plan that matches each student's style of learning.

The FLY Program consists of:

- A Full-time Learning Specialist
- Personalized orientation program
- An integrated, inclusive learning community
- An individualized Falcon Learning Plan to include:

* Weekly one-on-one meetings
with a Learning Specialist

* Coordinated services for tutoring and
other campus resources

* Mid-term progress reporting
* Workshops (e.g., time management, study skills,
stress management, wellness)

* Introduction to the Office of Campus Activities

* Peer social events
The FLY Program is a specialized program offered for an addition charge.
